Employee health and safety is a constant concern at 5N Plus, where we aim to reduce risks and provide a healthy and safe workplace. The observance of all safety rules and work procedures is absolutely critical.

5N Plus strives to create the safest possible workplace by identifying and eliminating actual and potential risks, and by providing its employees with the most appropriate training.

Since the founding of 5N Plus, we have regularly convened monthly meetings to provide our employees with health and safety performance indicators. We hold a record 911 consecutive days worked without lost-time accidents. Thanks to our employees’ involvement, and because health and safety is a fundamental value at 5N Plus, we have an excellent occupational health and safety record. And, in cooperation with our local occupational health and safety office and health specialists, we continue to introduce aggressive workplace risk reduction programs.

Our efforts focus primarily on prevention management, in order to avoid occupational injuries. A broad range of health and safety activities, including those above, form an integral part of 5N Plus’ daily operations.
