5N Plus Announces Results of Annual Meeting of Shareholders

5N Plus Inc. (TSX:VNP) (“5N Plus or the “Company”), a leading global producer of engineered materials and specialty chemicals, held its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (the “Meeting”) virtually today. Over 62,832,539 shares (76.04% of outstanding common shares) were at the Meeting. 

Each of the six nominees listed in the Management Information Circular was elected as a director of 5N Plus. All of the nominee directors were already members of the Board of Directors of the Company with the exception of Mr. Gervais Jacques who was a new nominee. Ms. Jennie S. Hwang and Mr. Donald F. Osborne did not stand for re‐election at the Meeting.  We thank Ms. Hwang and Mr. Osborne for their dedication and contribution to the Company throughout the years. Subsequent to the Meeting, the directors re-appointed Mr. Luc Bertrand as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company.
